Session Package & Gift Certificate Policy

All session packages are designed for consistent emotional support and must be used within the designated timeframe from purchase:
* 2-session package: 3 months
* 4-session package: 5 months
* 8-session package: 6 months
Unused sessions after this timeframe will convert to account credit valid for an additional 60 days. After the credit period, sessions may be reactivated for a small administrative reactivation fee or applied toward a new package.
This policy ensures scheduling availability, fairness to all clients, and proper business accounting.
