Listening Lane gift certificates do not expire and are redeemable for Listening Lane services only.
In the event that Listening Lane ceases operations, unused gift certificates may be eligible for a refund to the original purchaser. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of public notice of closure.

Gift certificates have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.  

To protect both our clients and our business, the following terms apply to all Listening Lane gift certificates.

In the unlikely event that Listening Lane permanently ceases operations, unused gift certificates may be eligible for a refund to the original purchaser.
Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of public notice of closure
Refunds apply only to unused sessions
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval
