ENJOY FALL!!!!
ENJOY FALL!!!!

Small Moments. Big Care.

This fall, give yourself permission to slow down, soak in the season, and care for the caregiver—you. Here’s a cozy, heart-centered checklist just for you:

Take a Walk Through Crunchy Leaves- Let your senses reset. Notice the colors, the sounds, and the shift in the air.

Start a Fall Puzzle- Pick a cozy autumn-themed puzzle and carve out quiet moments to piece it together. Let it be your meditative escape—no pressure, just presence.

Light a Fall Candle That Feels Like Home- Find a scent that soothes you—like spiced pumpkin, apple chai, cedarwood, or vanilla clove. Let it set the tone for your space and help signal rest time.

Make a Warm, Nourishing Meal (Just for You)- Try a slow-cooker stew, roasted root veggies, or a simple beet salad. Nourishment is a love language—speak it to yourself.

Press a Few Autumn Leaves- Tuck them into a journal or frame them later. A quiet way to mark this season of transition and beauty.

Unplug for an Hour (or More)- No screens. Just stillness. Read, stretch, nap, or sip tea without distractions.

Write a “Let It Go” List- Let fall remind you it’s okay to release what no longer serves. Write it down, then crumple it up or burn it safely as a symbolic reset.

Call Someone Who Really Sees You- You pour into others every day—take a moment to connect with someone who pours back into you.

Make a Gratitude Mug- Grab a mug and a Sharpie. Write one thing you’re grateful for every day this season. Sip from it and remember what’s still good.

Rest Without Earning It- This one’s hard. But so important. Lie down, breathe deeply, and don’t get up to fold laundry.

You Deserve Cozy, Too 🍁

Fall is a season of turning inward—of letting go, slowing down, and finding warmth in the little things. This list isn’t about doing more. It’s about giving yourself space to just be.

Because caregivers need care, too. And sometimes, that care looks like a puzzle, a candle, and a moment to breathe.
